Looking for a yummy, chocolate snack to satisfy a craving?!  Look no further!  These brownies are delectable and because you are using dark chocolate cocoa, they also pack a punch of antioxidants as well as fiber!  So go ahead and enjoy…you know you want to!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla

2 eggs

1/2 cup all purpose flour

1/3 cup unsweetened dark chocolate cocoa powder

1/4 tsp baking powder

I grew up with homemade banana bread and once I was old enough to cook, my mom passed along her banana bread recipe to me.  I love this recipe!  It smells amazing while baking and my own kids really love it!

 

Ingredients:

4 ripe bananas

2 cups all purpose flour

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 eggs

3 tbsp milk

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp baking powder

Homemade Corn Bread

Homemade Corn Bread

Corn bread is always great with soups or chili and even for a yummy snack.  Here is a super simple, sweet recipe that makes a delicious batch of corn bread in a snap, and without using a store bought box!

Ingredients:

1 cup flour

1 cup yellow cornmeal

1/3 cup white sugar

1/3 cup brown sugar

1 tsp salt

3 tsp baking powder

1 egg

1 cup milk

1/3 cup vegetable oil
