This is a great way to trick the kids into eating their veggies!  Chocked full of vegetables with a great cheesy, creamy taste!

 

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 cup chopped onion

1 cup sliced carrots

2 tbsp butter

4 cups diced potatoes

1/2 pkg frozen corn

1/2 pkg frozen peas

1/4 tsp celery salt

1 tsp basil

1/4 tsp parsley

1/4 tsp garlic salt

1/4 cup flour

3 cans chicken broth

1/4 tsp paprika

16 oz Velvetta cheese

1/4 cup sour cream

Cheddar Bay Biscuits…Just like Red Lobster!

I could probably eat at least a dozen of these things, although I don’t believe that would be so great for my girlish figure!  These things taste just like the ones Red Lobster serves and they are so simple to make!

 

Ingredients:

2 cups Bisquick

2/3 cup milk

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tsp garlic salt

1 tsp parsley

1/4 cup butter – melted

1/4 cup sour cream

We have wild blackberry bushes growing in our backyard, and every summer my boys love to help me pick all the fresh berries!  I end up with loads of these berries by the end of the season.  I freeze most to be used later in the year, but I could resist baking this yummy desert with the plump berries!

Everyone loves a great dip!  Don’t let the “7 layer” portion of the title scare you off, this one is super easy to make and has a bunch of flavors that work great together!  Getting started…the first thing you will need to do is collect all of the ingredients:
