Banana bread is one of my all time favorites, but this is a great way to put a new spin on the traditional banana bread recipe!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oil
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp almond extract
2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 bananas
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup shredded coconut
