Looking for a simple, healthy, fun afternoon snack for the kids? Then this is all you need…a container of Greek yogurt and a bowl full of strawberries!
First, wash the strawberries and cut the tops off of them.
Next, open the yogurt and mix thoroughly. Then dip each strawberry into the yogurt to coat.
Place each coated strawberry on a tray covered with wax paper.
Place strawberries in the freezer for around 30 minutes or so. Kids will love the cool frozen treat!
You can make these in mass quantities to leave in the freezer for a quick, healthy snack or even to use to make smoothies! For a smoothie, just take the frozen yogurt covered strawberries and add a fresh banana and some juicy grapes to the blender. No need for ice or any liquids. Comes out cool, thick and the perfect consistency!
