These are amazing…you can’t just eat one!!!! They are great just out of the oven, or reheated after being frozen!
Ingredients:
2 package rolls of crescent rolls (16 total)
4 oz. crumbled feta cheese
4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
3 oz. fresh baby spinach – washed and chopped
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 egg white – beaten
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Next, add the spinach and the cheeses to a large mixing bowl.
Then add the crushed red pepper flakes and stir well.
Unroll the crescent rolls and put a spoonful of the spinach mixture into the center of each and then re-roll into a crescent.
Move the crescents over to a 9×13 baking sheet. Lightly brush the tops with egg whites.
Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescents are golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve while still warm!
The leftover crescents can easily be stored in freezer-safe resealable plastic bags and popped into the freezer for a snack on another day!
