
Looking for a yummy, chocolate snack to satisfy a craving?! Look no further! These brownies are delectable and because you are using dark chocolate cocoa, they also pack a punch of antioxidants as well as fiber! So go ahead and enjoy…you know you want to!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup unsweetened dark chocolate cocoa powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9×9 baking dish. In a large bowl, combine the oil, sugar and vanilla. Stir well.
Next, add the eggs and beat until creamed together.
Add the remaining dry ingredients to the egg mixture.
Stir until the mixture is well combined…it is going to be a sticky batter!
Pour the batter into the already greased baking pan and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow brownies to cool or serve warm with some vanilla ice cream! Any left over brownies can be placed in individual resealable plastic bags and popped in the freezer for a treat another day!
